As part of my internship, I was tasked with redesigning the Joy Church website to make the donation process as quick and user-friendly as possible. My focus was on enhancing the UI and UX to create a seamless experience, introducing a "One-Click Donate" feature, and making the website fully responsive across devices
Understanding The Problem 📝
During the initial stages, I collaborated with stakeholders to understand their goals and users’ challenges with the previous donation process. Key issues included a lengthy donation flow, high abandonment rates, and the need for a consistent experience across all devices.
